| Our waiting room is a comfortable place for parents and siblings to wait for the child receiving services. |
| Children enjoy working and playing in the gym for all of their services. It's therapeutic and motivating. |
| ChildWorks has six individual therapy rooms. Three of them can be accessed from both the hallway and the gym. The other three can only be entered one way, through the hallway. Each is equipped with an adjustable table and wooden chairs. In addition, there is a storage cabinet in each room. In each cabinet there are reinforcers, toys, supplies and cleaning wipes. |
| ChildWorks has a large mulit-purpose room that can be used for a wide range of activities. Social Skills Groups and Handwriting Groups meet in this room. There is a circle time area, a kidney shaped table and a computer station. The various areas allow the children to transition around the room. The computer station houses both a lap top and desk top computer. They both have wireless Internet connection. |
ChildWorks is a modern, state of the art facility conveniently located in the Powder Mill East Plaza, Route 10 East, Morris Plains. ChildWorks has a comfortable waiting room which features a large, flat screen TV for families to enjoy while waiting for treatment. There is an information area with articles on developmental milestones and strategies to stimulate and improve their child’s skills. Our gym has a play loft, ball pit, swings and all the latest equipment. It’s motivating environment and therapeutic equipment provide opportunities for work on a wide variety of OT, PT and Speech skills. Six individual therapy rooms allow for work in a quieter environment. A multi-purpose room containing a large table and several chairs, a circle time area and a computer station allows for group activities along with computer based learning. |
